Since May 2022, I have been working as a certified instructor of the Table Style Tea Ceremony “Tsubaki-no-Kai.”
With over 25 years of experience in international cultural exchange, I follow the motto:
“Connecting hearts and the world through a single bowl of tea.”
My activities are mainly based in Europe.
- June 2022 – Kaiseki catering for a tea ceremony in Zurich
- August 2022 – Workshop at a hotel in Zurich
- August 2022 – Kaiseki catering with tea ceremony
- October 2022 – Demonstration at the Sake Fair in Paris
- December 2022 – Began training certified instructors in Zurich
- January 2023 – Tea ceremony with my master on the 33rd floor of a Tokyo hotel
- February 2023 – FESPO Zurich international travel fair
- April 2023 – Launched matcha workshops at my private salon
- April 2023 – Awarded certification online to a student in Canada
- May 2023 – Sky tea ceremony at ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka
- January 2024 – Tea ceremony in a suite in Osaka
