Based in Zurich, Switzerland, I set up authentic matcha pop-ups and matcha booths at trade fairs, exhibitions, corporate events, and pop-culture events across Europe.

What is a matcha pop-up / matcha booth?

Whether it’s a corporate event, exhibition, trade fair (Messe), festival, or convention, I set up a hands-on matcha experience booth using a real bamboo whisk. Booth rental, on-site setup, and travel to your venue are all available, tailored to your event format.
The matcha comes from a 450-year-old tea house in Uji, Kyoto — an authentic bowl, made approachable for anyone attending your event to try.

Events I cover

Corporate exhibition booths, trade fair (Messe) appearances, pop-culture events, conventions, festivals, and internal company events — any scale or purpose is welcome. I’m available to travel across Europe (Switzerland, Germany, France, and other EU countries) for on-site pop-ups.

Calligraphy experience available too

I can also offer a calligraphy experience alongside the matcha pop-up, writing visitors’ names in kanji or katakana — a popular way to draw people to the booth.
